Passenger Seatbelt Ticket
ok so i got a seatbelt ticket when i was sitting in the back seat. ive got my permit now but i get my license in a month, but if its a moving violation and i dont get it dropped i wont. so is a nc back seat seat belt ticket a moving violation?

If you are a minor, and you didn't even have a learner's permit yet, why did you get the ticket and not the adult who was driving?
