Speeding and Reckless OP, Will I lose my License?

You need to hire a traffic ticket lawyer and tell him you cannot afford to accrue more points. He can likely negotiate some solution but the they are not likely to deal with you the same way so hire the lawyer! The cost is not that much normally.
