County Attorney's Office is Lying to Me

Ok, this might be long. I received a speeding ticket for going 20 over. When I was pulled over by 1 State Trooper, he asked me if i knew how fast i was going, i told him i did not and he said that i was going 17 over or 82 in a 65. The ticket says 85 in a 65. The officer then tells me that I can take a traffic class to get the ticket dismissed. I signed up for the class and then was informed that I could not take the class. I called the Attorney's office and they started to lie to me after I left a message on their phones. They said that there was 2 officers and the first clocked me at 20 and the second at 17. The problem is that there is a way to prove that as wrong, the ticket says FRONT ANT STATIONARY WEST BOUND. This means the car that pulled me over was the one who clocked me. The attorneys office said that this cop clocked me going 17 not 20. I was just wondering what my possibilities are and whether or not i have a case or not.
