Somebody Help, I Need Advice!

My friend is on a 12 month suspended sentance already from something that happened more than a year ago, and due to another driving case he's a banned driver, and now hes been charged with dangerous driving and driving without a licence.

Whats going to happen to him?
Its very likely he'll get sent down right? And if yes, then for how long?

They may impose a short jail sentence. They may permanently revoke his license, as they should. He's a habitual offender who cannot seem to learn respect for the law.

Tell your friend to stop breaking the law and he won't have these troubles.

but then because hes on a 12month suspended sentance wont that mean he'll serve his 12months for breaching his suspended sentance and then whatever he gets on top of that?
