I rolled a flashing red light at approx speed of 25 at about 1:35am. My ticket says 1:35pm. I was wondering if that makes a difference and how do I prove that it was at 1:35am and not 1:34pm.

It is considered a clerical error and won't have any bearing on your case.
The time was logged correctly. The time of day wasn't. The judge will likely side with the police officer. Since you admitted you drove through a flashing red light, the time won't make a difference. Pay the ticket and move on with your life. It's not worth the hassle. |
