officer did not ask for proof of insurance or vehicle registration

im 16 and i was allegedly clocked at 92 in a 60 zone, but my problem iis that the citing officer is not the one that clocked me and pulled me over while i was doing the indicated speed limit, while writing the ticket he never asked for vehicles registration or the prrof of insurance which i was not listed on because it was not my car, what can i do with this??

You can go to court and argue he was wrong but it would be good to have some kind of evidence or reasoned argument.

He does not HAVE to ask for insurance.
