Speeding ticket in Alberta
Location: Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada
Violation: Speeding, 30+km/h over the posted speed limit Hello, I have a GDL, and recently received a speeding ticket from an officer. I was going too fast, dumb reasons, and he logged my speed as "100+ km/h" in a 70km/h zone. The speed was captured by his radar gun, but was recorded on the ticket as "100+" km/h. Is there any grounds to right this ticket in court on that basis? Thank you, Christopher |
