officer has not filed my ticket, do i still have to appear?
Really two questions here, one the police officer wrote that I was going 64 in a 65, but the speed limit was 55. Technically according to the ticket I wasn't speeding, do I have a leg to stand on? Second, I am supposed to appear before before the judge to enter a plea by tomorrow but the officer is yet to file the ticket. they don't have it in the system, should I still appear?
