Expired tags

Expired tags
North Carolina.
I just received a ticket for expired tags. It is Saturday night, and was going to get it fixed on Monday. If I get it fixed can I go to the court house early and have it dismissed or do I have to wait for my court date? The cop told me I could try to get it dismissed and I have a friend who did for the same kind of ticket. This is my first ticket ever. |

You can ask the prosecutor yes. He may agree.
