Would they dismiss my case for this?

I just got a speeding ticket yesterday and the officer that filled out my ticket marked "yes" that he did see proof of financial responsibility (insurance).

The officer never asked for and certainly did not ever see my insurance info.

On the back of my ticket it stresses the importance of showing the officer proof of insurance at the time of the citation. On another form that they gave me to fill out to register my plea, it again stressed the importance of showing my insurance info to the officer.

I was not asked to see this information, yet he said that he saw it. He will have no record of it. Is this enough to get the case dismissed? Thanks!
