Speeding ticket

I was doing 70 in a 65. I was in passing lane with no triffic in sight. Some car comes racing up on my rear end and gets inthe slow lane. As he is passing me he puts his breaks on and slows way down. I see an officer pull out from the side of the highway. He pulls me over and gives me a ticket for doing 93 in a 65... I go Friday to say not guilty.

Office admitted to not seeing myself and the other driver coming down the highway.

Office was parked way off road in grass to where you can't see him until last sec.

Officer's parking lights where not visable until you was past him.

What are my chances of having this thrown out? I admitted to the cop I was doing 70 and explained to him what the other car was doing.
