Speeding ticket charge

Can a ticket be thrown out if youre court case is in the wrong county? Also when a citizen says he knows of the location (after the change of speed sign to 55mph) that he turned on his cruise control, yet your given a ticket for 60 in a 45, what all is there that I can legally do to fight the ticket in court?

The court will normally just correct ticket errors unfortunately.

Shoot, I was hoping I could get it thrown out being as the officer wasnt aware of the locations of the changing of speeds signs. County lines are the middle of the roads also, and I wasnt in the county where my court case will be until 10 minutes after the ticket. Also is it legal for an officer to sit in a completly darkened parking lot at 11pm and give speeding tickets or is that entrapment? (I dont think it is but I had someone tell me it could be considered so).
