NY speeding ticket. Can I beat the ticket?

I gave the officer the registration of my other car when pulled over for speeding ticket he wrote the plate # and color of car on ticket but all other information from wrong registration can I beat the ticket please help.

usually the court will just correct the errors--but not always --so it is worth a try.
