86 in a 65 zone
I got a ticket for doing 86 in a 65 zone. in ny, 20mph over the limit is the cut off for 4 pts and 21mph becomes 6 points and more fines. the cop gave me a ticket and supporting deposition. besides him being a no-show, could i possibly get dismissed based on failure to respond to discovery or insufficient/faulty evidence because they cannot provide enough accurate evidence for radar/tuning fork? the officer who pulled me over gave me a ticket for a local town court in greene county, ny and he was a state trooper.
any opinion/information would be greatly appreciated |
