Default Possible defense for speeding ticket...

When i was pulled over for speeding I was delivering pizza's on a very busy night. Would this be a viable defense for speeding? I was thinking i could get some co-workers as witnesses on my behalf. I do plan on subpoenaing for all necessary documents in relation to the laser gun, tuning fork, officer, and squad car. I've looked up the code law for South Dakota and there is not much there i can argue. So i figure my options are faulty equipment or speeding due to work...
