Texas
I received a parking ticket in Los Angeles CA this summer. My car, residence, DL and everthing is in Texas. The penalties I saw for not paying would not affect me in Texas. What will happen if I do not pay the ticket?

You could be fined further or even arrested if you are ever back in CA. Best to pay it if possible!
