i got pulled over this morning. He said i was going 80 but i am unsure of that, also there was a car tailing me and a car speeding by as i couldnt get over to let the car behind me go.
Anyway, the officer was writing the ticket and I was watching him in my rear view mirror. It was taking an awfully long time (i had been in my car for 30 minutes) when i see him take his cell phone out of his pocket and hold a telephone conversation. I turned around to watch, i was in a bit of dis-belief over the lack of professionalism. when the passenger officer saw me watching, he said something to the officer, gestured towards me and then the officer looked back at me and hung up immediately. this all just seemed very odd. i want to contest the ticket anyway, hoping he wont show up to court, but is this anything to bring up, that he took a cell phone call while i was pulled over? |
