Wrong offense date
My 20 year old son was pulled over and received a ticket \"open bottle
driver\"...officer dated ticket (offense date) same date as his birthday, officer put his birthday on twice, once as his b/d and once as the offense date. Can they throw this out as a technicality? |

The judge will normally just correct those minor errors.
