Suspended

I didnt have insurance in DE. I went and had my license re-instated and pay montly on my fine.

I usually pay more than the mandatory $25.oo and thought I was good through to the following month.

While driving, a cop pulled me over and told me my licencse was suspended. I told him I thought I was paid up in full. He gave me the ticket for having a suspended licensce and driving while suspended.

He told me to check with the DMV. I did and I was one payment behind. I paid that plus another three months.

I go to traffic court on 9/18/08. Do I just tell them what happenned? Am I going to get in trouble? Just fined?

Most likely just fined if the judge believes you just missed a payment date.

Set that up with your bank auto-payment or something--you cannot let that go.
