not being specific on the speed
Hi,
I just got a ticket down in San Diego by Ocean side (damn that stretch of road). I got pulled over the first time for going 96mph. I drove off, and the officer pulled me over again, claiming that i was going 100+. However, he didn't write down the precise speed at which I was going. Does this mean that he did not use a radar and that I can fight this case? Also, he decided to call for "backup" on my second ticket because as he was issuing the second citation to me, other officers showed up to the scene. Should I still try to fight these two tickets? Thanks |
