Default speed written in ink on carbon copy

I got a ticket for what was supposed to be 63 in a 45.....

Officer came to my window and said, "Oh, might help if I write the speed on here" and scribbles 65 in a 45. The thing is my copy of the ticket is all carbon copy writing of his copy, except he wrote the speed in INK and added 2mph...
and I'm not sure if his copy says 63 or 65.
I was wondering if this can get ticket dismissed??
