Can't afford ticket
I just recieved a speeding ticket and was explaing to the officer I'm on
welfare and have no income. What would the judge to? I can prove I get medciaid and food stamps. I'm a single parent who is order child support and the father doesn't pay which means i'm poor and forced to get on walefare |

No income? How do you pay for gas?
If you play, you pay. It's that simple. I'm already carrying your dead weight because you won't get a job, and now you want to get out of a ticket? Your only explanation for speeding is that you're poor? What time did you get the ticket? Where were you going or coming from? Where was your child (children?)... |

Sorry, no sympathy. If you can afford a car/gas then you can find a way to pay the ticket. Instead of crying "poor", "man up" and ask the judge for a payment plan.
