On my speeding ticket, the officer did not mark on the ticket what method he used to check my speed, such as radar, laser, could I use this to dismiss my case.

Normally no--the judge will simply correct such errors.

what kind of lawyers are you people? my lawyer friend said otherwise-that you can ALWAYS cop a plea and get zero points. ALWAYS. If there is a mistake, he says you do not pay it and have your lawyer talk to the prosecutor. You may never see the inside of a courtroom. Seriously, all the advice I read here is don't bother fighting your ticket, pay the man? What kind of lawyers are you??
