Advanced Driving Academy: Mississippi
If a person is over the age of 21 in the state of Mississippi, and they receive a speeding ticket, they have the option to take a driving course to dismiss the ticket. The stipulation is that they can only take the class if they havent received a ticket in the passed three years. If that person can't remember how long it has been, and they take the course anyway, can they be charged with anything, or will they just not count the driving course?

they will be charged with contempt of court. that is if they find out, which is unlikely unless it is in the same city/county
