Errors on a ticket
I recently got a speeding ticket for 10 over and the officer that wrote the ticket checked the wrong license type box (I have a commercial license and he checked no on that). I was curious that if that ticket was contested could it be thrown out since the legal document in question (the ticket) has incorrect information on it? Thanks.
