Ok, I received this ticket today and it says that I was going 85 in a 45. However this information is on the part where the cop describes what the violation was, not where it asks for my actual speed. he left blank actual speed and and posted speed. He claims he used a Calibrated Vehicle to determine the speed I was going. I'll be honest I was only doing about 60. So can I use that to my advantage?
Help me Please. |
