85 on a 55 pls advice

last night i got pulled over on my motorcycle by a state trooper. he gave me a ticket for doing 85 on a 55. he clocked me while he was moving the weather was good no traffic and i dint cause an accident or dealyed anything on the motorway of any kind. however the first time he walked up to me he said he had clocked me doing 83 but then when he wrote me up the ticket he wrote me up for doing 85. i asked the officer y he had canged the speed that he had clocked me at and he started bsing to me about radars. i didnt argue with him further i just took the ticket and left. do u guys think that this is normal or should i try and fight it i mean when u r clocked u should only be colcked on a certain speed that shouldnt be able to change right what dou guys think i should do?? i have to appear to court mandatory in 2 weeks and i dont know what i should do should i hire alwyer and try and fight that or should i just teel the judje what happened and hope he is gona believe me
