my sis falsly signed my name on a ticket

my sister was supose to have recieved a warning and signed my name on it and it turned out to be a ticket for driving on a suspended and no id. It has been dismissed off of me and the cop is trying to pin it on her without my assistance. She is wondering if she is better off to turn herself in and admit the guilt. she knows there will be consequences for her actions and is ready to do her punishment but is wondering whats the best way to go about it and what will happen to her. She wasnt aware that it was more than a warning and has her license revoked prior. if she goes in on a friday will she be out by monday morning for work? She was in a bad spot in her life and has since started turning around is there anything I can do to help her?

First off, tell sis to get her license back. then do nothing. A single cop on a vendetta has limitations. If the ticket was dismissed - it's over. The dumbazz cop has no resaon to go after sis. Do nothing!
