effect of speeding warrant
I have a warrant for a speeding ticket I received. The date was illegible so I missed the court date. I must travel to India for my work. Will this warrant effect my application for a work visa and cause me trouble while overseas?

...probably not for that kind of offense, but it could escalate.
You need to contact the court ASAP and do whatever they recommend. Or hire a lawyer to appear for you. |
