Speeding Ticket on a Deferred Sentance
About November of last year, I received a traffic ticket in Colorado. I went to court and was put on a deferred sentence. No points taken away from my licenses. Now about 2 days ago I received a speeding ticket for 4 points. This is in direct violation of my deferred sentence. With this, my other traffic ticket would come back into affect. This would mean that I would have no points on my license. Any ideas on whether to fight the ticket or to pay it and hope that the cops don't show up at my door to collect my license?

It is worth a try if you have any grounds.
See the speeding ticket link above in your question. Even trying to fight it will result in a victory a good deal of the time. |
