Suspended License?
curious as what to expect when i go to court for this ticket...? Had a DUI in FEB '07 and got my "suspended license" ticket APRIL '08 and was set to have my license back in JUNE '08. I'm still on probation....so...jail time? stiff fines? any thoughts would help.

Yes unfortunately some minor jail time is possible...you should have counsel for this at this point.

thanks randalljd......I am going to the court date on my own for sure, unfortunately. Do you have any reccommendations on receiving the minumim amount of punishment? thanks

It is our strong advice if at all possible to hire senior legal counsel and have them negotiate for you...it is always better than trying to do so yourself.
