I'm single, no dependent, and i have one Job. My Income is between 45-65K, should i pay a CPA or should i do my taxes on my own. If i have to pay, what is the price range?

--- Hi--we normally do not give tax advice on this site; you may check with the IRS directly; or your accountant; or the H & R Block web site for 20 dollars: HR Block Tax Advisor link --

From your description, you fall into a category of filer who can easily buy the software at the local shop and fill out your own return. You are so simple it does not make sense to have a paid prparer do it regardless of license holding. If you want someone to do it consider an enrolled agent rather than a CPA. An EA has taken the tax exam and specializes in tax whereas a CPA is broader in training and examination than tax and may not be a tax specialist. CPAs generally charge a premium for services b/c of their preceived professional standing in tax. Not knocking CPAs as before retirement, I was one.
