Last year I filed my taxes before my father (im 20) and got back like 700 dollars. My dad went to do his taxes and tried to claim me but when he found out i did my taxes already he didnt claim me but was also told that since i wasnt a full time student he couldnt claim me. Now this year I am a full time student but i also have a full time job (technically-i work 7.5 hrs a day just so they can say im not full time..crazy i kno). my question is if i do my own taxes can my dad also claim me? they owe so much money to the government for like the past 3 years because they ran out of dependants, im their youngest child. i feel bad and is there anything i can do?

Hi--we normally do not give tax advice on this site; you may check with the IRS directly; or your accountant; or the H & R Block web site for 20 dollars: HR Block Tax Advisor link --
