Non-profit organizations in the USA

Hello everybody, I´d like 2 ask somebody for help. I need to know some general details abt
non profit organization in the USA, hw it wosks, hw it is financed, what abt taxation, what´s the percentage share on American national economy, hw is the law working etc... is there anybody who has such knowledge or experience???? - what´s the actual share of nonprofit organization on Gross domestic product in the U.S. ( e.g.in 1994 it was 2-3 % )

- when did nonprofit sector arise in the U.S.

- what´s the structure of nonprofit institutions, classification

- hw´s the system of financing of nonprofit sector look like

- hw´s efficiency of nonoprofit instituions generally, n efficiency of financing them


- WHAT METHODS of making analysis of efficiency can be used

Hi everybody, do u have some experience with funding the nonprofits in the USA? E.g in Slovakia there are obvious sources of revenue of nonprofits :
1. dues, fees
2. contributions from obedience
3.regional income from taxes
4.gifts
5.donations
6.grants
7.2% from the income tax payed
8.from the share
9.from the collection
10. from renting
11.selling property
12.from government

My question is :

is it possible by the law in the USA send 2 or more percent from income tax payed
( sole trader or Public Limited Company )
