Legal protections for immigrants
I am moving permanently to the US with my elderly parents because they can’t stay behind and take care of themselves. I’m concerned that upon their death, there will be tons of hoops to jump through. What can I expect? Is there any way I can protect myself? Maybe through a lawyer? I’ve heard a will is important? Can anyone help avoid those taxes? Please help before I move to the US!

You need to sit down with a financial advisor and review all your plans in detail
