Default Falsely declared by step-parent as employee on their tax forms

here is my basic query:
If my stepdad declared me as an employee and I filed income taxes in 05 and 06 (i was 17 and 18 years old) stating that I had earned $24k a year when in reality I had only worked for him for two months and earned $2k (i have bank statements to prove this), do i have any basis for litigation?
