taxes and probate

If im am administrator of my mother and sister estate, do i file my taxes separate, or together because the estate is not closed yet, and for the past 2 and ahalf years Ive paid for the taxes, utitlity, pool service, upkeep of the home. Ive been taken care of a minor. who is part beneficary of estate. Should i file married or separate?? Im also going to take aloan on the home to fix it up and put on the market. How do i file my taxes? Lawyer expenses do i include them.?
