Confused We have a federal tax lein on our house for back taxes...

We have a federal tax lein on our house for back taxes and would like to sell the house. We also have a state tax lein on it too. Can we sell the house? Will the leins stay with the property or do they go with us? Thank you Amy from Indiana.
