new non-profit, cost?
I am helping my boss get her non-profit started and we wanted to inquire how much the cost would be for world law or somebody else to register us?

I am just a user of the WorldLaw direct web site, but they list $980.00 as a flat fee for most of their non-profit incorporation services. They also state that a fee over $1,000 is too much. Regards,

I paid 2200 to a lawyer a few years back and he said that that was about normal. And it was in line with quotes I had rec'd. That included all the federal 501 c 3 tax work as well.
