Is that possile for me, as a graduate student with F1 visa, to start an NPO here in the US? If yes, can I get permanent residency after that?

Hi,
I am also an F-1 student, and I would also like to know if it is possible for a non-resident (in California) to establish a non-profit organization. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! |
