Do we have to register in all 50 states if our organization have an Internet site?
Do we have to register in all 50 states if our organization is primarily fundraising in California but does have an Internet site that accepts donations nationwide?

Normally no--just your state with the physical office.
But the laws are changing and under review so keep an eye on this area. |
