Status of members in organizational change.

Our organization just changed from a partnership to a nonprofit corporation in the State of Missouri, US.
Would all members of the team under the partnership be considered to be "Founding Members" of the corporation, or would that only be applied to the "advisory board" members of the partnership?

o move the organization or the unit (to change behavior) requires a planned intervention. This will be a time of insecurity and fear for many organizational members. Fortunately, there are many structured interventions available to OC consultants. I cover interventions in Part II of my book, “Strategic Organizational Change.”
