Hi,
My current not-for-profit is rather small, but growing, and in a field that is very new... There is no American Coalition Against ____, and as it stands, I believe I will be able to grow into an organization that could fit that name. My question is-- is there a way to reserve a name for a non-profit other than just creating the non-profit itself and letting it sit there? I would really appreciate a reply. |

A corporate name may be reserved. Also i recommend you to make your not-for-profit a 501c3 Corporation. Contact professional like http://www.clickandinc.com/file-a-non-profit.asp in this regard who are very experienced in this regard.
