I live in Pennsylvania and am forming an LLC along with a couple friends. We can not use a PO box as the address on the paperwork. If we use my home address, which is the house I own, will the house be at risk in the event of a lawsuit? I know forming an LLC is to protect those kinds of things, but I'm not clear if it protects my home when that home is used as the address on the paperwork.
I'm not really worried about getting sued, but you never know. |

Normally no--but for privacy and other issues you may want to use a UPS or other mail facility.
