Hi,
I want to incorporate. I run a sideline business that creates budgets and business plans for non-profits and for-profits. I recently joined a network marketing company that sells natural health products. What type of business structure is best. I want the greatest tax advantage and personal protection. I need something easy to manage and need to retain as much of the revenue to reinvest into the business. I reside in PA, but am considering DE for incorporation because I hear that DE incorporation laws are easier. --BB |
