Women's Self Defense Classes
I am a 2nd degree black belt, I specialize in Women's Self Defense and aerobic kickboxing. I want to teach some classes in my town and do seminars for schools and other organizations. Do I need to start up a business or non-profit to be able to do this. I will have to charge for the classes to help supply materials needed. Also, do I need any kind of insurance to do this, and are there any kind of legal precautions I need to take?

You may want to firstly check with any trade association that works with such businesses. You will need liability insurance but there may not be other requirements.
