Would "Go" pose a TradeMark Infringement?

Would the word "Go" pose a trademark Infringement in GoCelly.com ?

The competitor is GoMoBo.com who has a TM for gomobo, mobo, and skip the line...

Also a non competitor DriveTime Sales and Finance Corporation, as a trademark on the single word "GO" their service is not related to us at all, would this pose a problem?

The reason I ask, is because the word "Go", is simular to the "My" in the MySpace era... Lots of websites and companies utilize the word "My"

You would probably be okay if the rest of the word or phrase is different than the trademarked one. Go by itself as a prefix will normally not cause a problem.

Go will not pose any problems, only if you used the word mobo.
