Register your business name. The "field of IT" is a big one -- with many different job and career titles. The avenues, of course, are different depending upon your knowledge and skill.

To be specific, I am considering to open an online T-shirt store with a free home delivery services. It will be on very small scale in the beginning, like a simple stock of designed t-shirts and initially I will personally deliver the shirts, so do I still need to go through these formalities, actually I believe and friends told be that I should sell my designs.

I think I should be needing a insurance also but I am little bit confused in business insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance that will best fir my business requirements. The business will be small scale software house and online solution provider's set up and I believe business insurance would be a bit huge and vague for my business.
