HAs anyone done an LLC in MD? I am trying to form an LLC for my rental property nd confused about some part of the form. Would anyone know what section 5 "Signature of Authorized Person" suppose to be? Is that anyone else that suppose to be part of my business, like my wife? If I am creating the LLC just under my name, do i leave this line blank?
Thanks for your help. |
