My Partner
I am starting up Big Cats Party Club and I want to get a partner. I have a guy I already pitched the idea to. I am writing the business plan. How should I file for legalization of my company? Do I do Sole Propriorship and tell him he will be my VP? Do I tell him - Hey let's go in 50/50? Then how do I file? What if I want to offer him 40% of the company from the start?

That is purely what you two agree; there is no one model for that.
50/50 may be fine at least to start-- |
